Tomsk Rotary Club

The club was formed in 1996 by the initiative of prominent scientists, teachers and businessmen of Tomsk (F. Tarasenko, S. Volfson, N. Kirillov, V. Yampolsky, T. Leskova, I. Blatt, O. Strangul).

The first official year of activity is 1996/1997.

Rotary International chartered the club on April 22, 1997.
